Kind staff, location, heating (by means of air conditioning) in wintertime
Low water pressure (very little water running when someone else was having a shower in a different room), poor breakfast

The Bellesuite is centrally located giving good access to all the main sights of Rome. Accomodation was comfortable and staff were excellent as were the breakfasts .
They should pay more attention to the maintenance of the room. The fridge did not work , the garbage can was broken , toilet seat was very loose and the shower drain was plugged. These were minor inconveniences but important none the less.

Great value for the money, especially considering the holiday season. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. the breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from. One of the best things was the free wifi and it worked really well. Convenient location with good access to public transportation.
The street noise was really loud, even with earplugs. Not a good choice if you are a light sleeper or if you stay there during the Christmas holiday season.

The location in the Trastevere neighborhood was great, just a quick taxi ride to the major sites around the city. the nearest Metro station at Republica on the A Line was also a short walk away. Rooms were spotlessly clean with friendly service and a complimentary breakfast served in-room. Some rooms have windows with a view and the internet was free and easily accessible.
The hotel did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel during a weekend break and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. We were able to walk to most places and the metro stations were also nearby. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel truly welcome. Lastly, the rooms themselves were spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially loved the high ceilings and the balcony, which provided a lovely view of the surrounding area. And to top it all off, the breakfast included proper cappuccino, which was a great way to start the day.
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.
